The Trail Pack dog backpack from Hurtta goes along with every trekking trip and doesn't hinder your dog's natural movement. On long trips or journeys, your dog can use it to carry its own travel gear, relieving you of the burden of packing and carrying.
Comfortable under harness
The backpack consists of a softly padded neoprene harness that fits perfectly by adjusting the collar, waist and chest straps. The integrated mesh inserts ventilate the dog's back and prevent your dog from overheating during high activity. The large handle in the back is ideal when you need to keep your dog under control on rough terrain. The harness can also be used in the car as a safety harness.
Detachable bag
The bag made of durable material is attached to the harness in seconds with the special Hurrta attachment mechanism and has a small and a large zipped pocket on both sides. Inside the large bag, elastic straps allow for a bit of organization and prevent things from moving too tightly inside while you're on the move. The robust backpack is equipped with strong 3M reflectors and thus offers good visibility even in the dark.
The backpack should never weigh more than 20% of your dog's own weight. The load should be evenly distributed.
